We are looking for a talented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily shop operations, including sales, merchandising, receiving, and inventory. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and share valuable feedback to help improve our retail experience.

What you will do?

  • Assist members and guests with purchases, returns, and special orders while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Support daily shop operations, including sales, merchandising, display rotation, and maintaining packaging standards.
  • Help process incoming merchandise, manage POS transactions, and monitor sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by following monthly stock procedures and reporting low or high‑demand items.
  • Keep retail supplies stocked and assist the Retail Supervisor with additional tasks when needed.

What are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of retail or customer‑service experience, ideally in boutique, hospitality, or private‑club settings.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; retail math is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Able to work flexible schedules.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 20 kg.
  • Collaborative attitude, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
