As our Business Analyst, you will ensure business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective solutions. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, supporting successful project delivery and long-term value creation. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate needs
  • Translate requirements into structured documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritisation in collaboration with project and technical teams
  • Contribute to solution design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate and support testing activities, including UAT preparation and validation
  • Monitor scope, identify gaps or risks, and proactively raise issues
  • Prepare clear documentation and status updates for stakeholders
  • Support change management activities to ensure successful solution adoption

Your Profile

  • International working experience
  • Experience in IT consulting or digital transformation environments
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working with project management or backlog management tools
  • Experience supporting or coordinating testing activities
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technology ecosystems
  • Bilingual level in English and Portuguese (French nice to have)
  • Strong analytical mindset and clear communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent training)
  • Agile certifications (SCRUM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Experience working on projects involving Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft 365 solutions
