Posizione

Di cosa ti occuperai:

-Sarai responsabile del servizio all’interno della sezione di sala assegnata

-Assicurerai una perfetta mise en place dei tavoli e il rispetto di norme e procedure

-Supporterai la Sommellerie nel servizio dei vini

-Coordinerai le attività delle altre persone nel rango

-Curerai la relazione con l’ospite assicurando un’esperienza unica e personalizzata in base alle esigenze


Requisiti

Cosa cerchiamo:

-Diploma ad indirizzo turistico/alberghiero

-Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2/3 anni, preferibilmente nell’ambito della ristorazione stellata o di alta gamma

-Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese

-Conoscenza di una ulteriore lingua è un plus

-Eventuali certificati di sommellerie valorizzano il profilo
