We are looking for an Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in People Operations (HR) while being exposed to how a business expands physically.
This internship is designed as a learning experience, ideal for students who want to develop practical skills in a dynamic, international environment and be part of building something from the ground up.
What you'll learn & Support People Operations (HR exposure)- Support onboarding and administrative processes for new hires
- Assist with employee documentation (contracts, amendments) and payroll checks
- Maintain and update data across HR and finance systems
- Act as a support point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders
- Support the team in the process of opening new study centers
- Assist in coordinating facilities, vendors, and basic operational needs
- Help ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to study center development
- Work closely with People Operations (HR) and RevOps / Expansion teams
- Learn how operational and people-related decisions support business growth
- Students currently enrolled in Business Administration (ADE), Psychology, HR, or related fields
- Looking to build a career in People Operations / HR, with exposure to business operations
- Able to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution
- Initial experience (internships or part‑time roles) in People Administration, Office Management, or similar administrative environments
- Exposure to logistics, coordination, vendors, or facilities is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a people‑oriented mindset
- Stakeholder mindset: curiosity and interest in understanding business needs and collaborating with different teams
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
- Practical experience in People Operations (HR) in a real business context
- Exposure to business expansion and operational processes
- Opportunity to contribute to building a new business line from scratch
- Mentorship and collaboration with international teams (Madrid, Milan, Vienna)
- After 3 months: You understand how the offline business and study centers operate
- After 6 months: You proactively support processes and take ownership of tasks
- After 12 months: You are a reliable team member, trusted by stakeholders and able to manage responsibilities independently
