Hybrid | Full-time | Malaga & Valencia (Spain)
Purpose of the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative, you will support the sales cycle by engaging with potential customers, identifying business needs, and helping businesses adopt cloud-based solutions. This role combines outbound sales, relationship building, and consultative selling in an international environment.
What You Will Do- Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers
- Build and grow a portfolio of clients using consultative sales techniques
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Support up-sell and cross-sell activities in collaboration with internal teams
- Collect and share customer feedback as the voice of the customer
- Fluent in Flemish and English (French is a plus)
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, sales development, or customer‑facing commercial roles
- Proven ability to meet sales targets or performance KPIs
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with cloud or SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, Office 365, or similar technologies
- Entry-level cloud or business application certifications
- Full‑time position (Monday to Friday)
