职位描述

As Sales Manager, you will drive client acquisition and project sales for our branded products. You will identify new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate across departments to ensure outstanding delivery and service.

Key Responsibilities

Target Achievement

Meet and exceed KPIs: total project value, number of new clients, number of projects sold, units per project, potential leads generated, meetings held, and conversion rate.

Business Development

Identify and research customer segments; manage and process prospect databases.

Initiate and nurture relationships via calls, emails, online meetings, and face-to-face visits.

Maintain and expand existing accounts to secure repeat orders.

Customer Relationship Management

Enter and update all client information in CRM.

Gather feedback on product quality and compliance; coordinate terms and conditions.

Handle complaints and resolve conflicts swiftly.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and submit regular sales reports for management.

Analyze market trends and customer needs; suggest improvements to sales processes and standards.

Work cross-functionally with production, design, and logistics to align on customer commitments.

Participate in company-organized training and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager (preferably with branded products) and demonstrated active-sales success.

Languages

Excellent English (spoken and written); comfortable in live client interactions.

Mobility

Willingness to travel within Europe for client meetings and trade shows.

Residency

Based in Barcelona or elsewhere in Europe (immigrant candidates welcome).

Personal Attributes

Age 25–40; confident communicator with strong diction and rapport-building skills.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
