We are currently partnering with a globally recognised IP SaaS business whose new business team is looking to appoint a commercially astute sales professional to drive business development across Italy. ~ IP Protection / Legal Tech (SaaS) ~ Italy, Remote ~€Winning new logos across an ICP-driven account pool of 800–1,500 target accounts Generating approximately 30% of your own pipeline, supported by SDR, partner, and marketing channels Selling into IP, legal, and brand protection teams across six key verticals: Luxury & fashion, automotive, consumer goods, pharma, FMCG, and sports & entertainment Building and owning your go-to-market plan for the territory, with full autonomy and senior support Managing a structured pipeline from first touch to contract signature – No account management, no renewals Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English Genuine hunter skillset and motivation for new logos (rather than farming an existing book) Background in Brand Protection, IP, legal tech, or an adjacent SaaS vertical (Outsiders will face a steep ramp in this market) At least 5 years’ relevant experience (This is not an entry-level role given the complexity of the space) Strong commercial instincts (You know how to build a close plan and avoid deals going dark at proposal stage) Our client is a globally recognised IP SaaS business that protects some of the world’s most valuable brands, trademarks and domains where the culture is KPI driven, high performance but genuinely collaborative. The hiring manager leads the most successful new business team in the business and has built an environment in which top performers stay (average tenure is 6 years).
