Welcome to the new Eurojobs website, learn about new features, upgrades and services.

Welcome to the new Eurojobs platform.

Eurojobs has been rebuilt and modernised to provide a better experience for jobseekers, employers, recruitment agencies, advertisers, and partners across Europe. The new platform is designed to be faster, easier to use, and more flexible, while keeping the familiar Eurojobs mission: helping people and organisations connect across the European labour market.

This upgrade is more than a visual redesign. It introduces new tools, new account areas, improved workflows, and a stronger foundation for future services.

A Better Experience for Jobseekers

Jobseekers now have access to a cleaner and more structured dashboard where they can manage their profile, CVs, applications, saved jobs, alerts, and available services.

The new CV system is designed to give users more control over how they present themselves. Jobseekers can build and manage their career information, prepare application-ready CVs, and use presentation versions where available.

A key privacy improvement is that employers only see the application materials that a jobseeker chooses to submit. Private profile or CV information is not automatically shared with employers.

Jobseekers can also access selected AI-assisted tools, where available, to help improve CVs, prepare application materials, and create more focused cover letters. These tools are designed to support users, not replace their own judgement.

Improved Job Search and Applications

The new Eurojobs platform includes an improved job search experience with clearer listings, better filtering, and easier navigation.

Users can search by keyword, location, company, and other available criteria. They can also save jobs, manage applications, and use alerts or notifications where these features are enabled.

The application process has also been improved, making it easier for jobseekers to submit the right materials to employers and track their activity from their dashboard.

New Tools for Employers

Employers now have access to a modern commercial dashboard where they can manage job postings, applications, company information, credits, invoices, advertising options, and available services.

Job posting has been improved with clearer listing types and better workflows for creating, editing, publishing, and managing vacancies.

Employers can choose from different listing types, including:

  • Basic Job
  • Featured Job
  • Priority Job

Each listing type uses Eurojobs Credits, giving employers more flexibility in how they manage recruitment activity.

Eurojobs Credits

The new platform introduces Eurojobs Credits as a simple way to use paid services on the platform.

Credits may be used for job postings and selected tools or services. For job listings:

  • Basic Job = 1 credit
  • Featured Job = 3 credits
  • Priority Job = 5 credits

Employers can manage credits from their dashboard, and invoices are available after purchases.

Support for Agencies and Client Companies

The new Eurojobs platform is also designed for recruitment agencies and organisations that manage jobs for multiple client companies.

Agencies can manage client companies and post jobs under the appropriate employer brand, while using the agency’s commercial account and available credits.

Team members can also be added where available, with different permissions depending on their role.

Bulk Job Entry and Feed Support

For employers and agencies that manage many vacancies, Eurojobs now includes bulk job entry tools that make it easier to prepare and publish multiple jobs.

Users can enter or paste job information in a structured format, validate details, save drafts, and publish jobs where they have enough credits.

For larger or more technical job feeds, such as XML, RSS, CSV, or other structured feeds, Eurojobs support can assist with review and configuration.

Candidate Management and Matching Tools

Employers can manage applications through the improved application and candidate management areas.

Where available, employers may also access candidate discovery or matching tools based on structured profile and job information. These tools are designed to support recruitment workflows while respecting candidate privacy.

Candidate previews may be limited or anonymised before a jobseeker applies, and jobseekers remain in control of whether they apply for a role.

AI-Assisted Services

Eurojobs V3 introduces selected AI-assisted services for both jobseekers and employers.

For jobseekers, these may include tools to help improve CVs, prepare application materials, or create cover letters.

For employers, AI-assisted tools may help draft, review, or improve job adverts.

AI Services are designed as support tools. They provide suggestions that users should review, edit, and approve before using. Eurojobs does not guarantee employment results, applications, candidates, or hires from AI-assisted services.

Advertising and Sponsored Content

The new platform also includes improved options for advertisers.

Businesses can use banner advertising packages to promote their services to Eurojobs users. Campaigns may include creative uploads, destination URLs, campaign review, activation, and performance statistics where available.

Sponsored content options are also available. Sponsored articles are reviewed before publication and are clearly labelled as sponsored content.

Account Deletion, Privacy, and Data Rights

The new Eurojobs platform includes updated legal, privacy, and account management processes.

Users can request account deletion or exercise data rights through the appropriate support and policy channels. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or compliance reasons.

Users should review the latest Eurojobs Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, GDPR/Data Rights information, and other relevant policy pages for official details.

Existing Users from the Previous Eurojobs Site

If you had an account on the previous Eurojobs platform, your old password may not work on the new platform.

For security reasons, old passwords were not transferred. Existing imported users should use the password reset option to create a new password and access their account.

After logging in, users may also be asked to accept the updated Eurojobs terms and policies before using the dashboard.

7ii AIA Support Assistant

Eurojobs now includes a 7ii AIA support assistant to help users understand how the platform works.

The assistant can answer general questions about using Eurojobs, including registration, login, password reset, job search guidance, CVs, applications, credits, job posting, advertising, and support options.

The assistant does not search jobs directly, access private account information, make recruitment decisions, or provide legal advice. For account-specific issues, users should log in to their dashboard or contact Eurojobs support.

A Stronger Platform for the Future

Eurojobs V3 is an important step forward.

The new platform gives us a stronger technical and operational foundation, allowing us to improve services, support more users, introduce new tools, and continue building Eurojobs as a trusted European employment platform.

We thank all users, employers, agencies, advertisers, and partners for their patience during the transition.

Welcome to the new Eurojobs.
