SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant.
This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.
Key Requirements:
- We are seeking a skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to design, develop, and deliver analytics and planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, dashboard development, and integrating SAC with SAP and non SAP data sources.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into insightful, user friendly dashboards and planning models that support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, stories, and applications in SAP Analytics Cloud
- Build and maintain data models (live and import connections) using SAP BW, S/4HANA, HANA, and other data source.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Implement planning and forecasting models within SAC.
- Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy across reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including business users, data engineers, and SAP functional consultants.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing SAC solutions.
- Ensure best practices in data visualization, governance, and security are followed.
- Deliver user training and documentation where required.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and dashboard design.
- Experience with SAP BW, S/4HANA, or SAP HANA integration.
- Knowledge of live vs import data connections.
- Experience with planning and predictive features in SAC (preferred).
- Solid understanding of SQL and data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Analytics Cloud certification.
- Experience with SAP Datasphere (formerly Data Warehouse Cloud).
- Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects or other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with data governance and security concepts.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business friendly language.
