Job Title: General Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel - Scotland

Salary: up to £70K + Bonus

Location: Perthshire

I am currently recruiting a General Manager for a Luxury 5 Star Hotel in the stunning Highlands in Perthshire. As General Manager you will oversee all the operations of the hotel and venue. My client is looking for a passionate, dynamic leader who will create and develop a team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their next step in luxury hotels.

About the position

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Oversee the operations of the hotel & venue
• Train and develop a growing team
• Implement a 5* service strategy
• Oversee the P&L
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach

The successful candidate

• At least 3 years hotel management experience
• Must come from luxury background
• Strong communication skills
• Customer focused with a big personality
• P&L experience
• A leader with an eye for detail
• A team player
