Installation Technician - Enercon

We are seeking a motivated Installation Technicians to support the installation and commissioning of onshore wind turbines. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in wind turbine installation, particularly with Enercon platforms. You will work as part of a site team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality turbine assembly and installation.



Key Responsibilities

* Assist with the mechanical and electrical installation of onshore wind turbines
* Support tower, nacelle, and blade installation activities
* Perform basic commissioning tasks under supervision
* Follow technical drawings, manuals, and method statements
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with HSE standards and site procedures
* Use specialist tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Identify and report faults, defects, or installation issues
* Maintain accurate documentation and installation records
* Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and other technicians

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in wind turbine installation or a similar field role
* Experience working with Enercon turbines
* Basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
* Strong awareness of health and safety practices
* Comfortable working at height and in outdoor environments
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to travel and stay on-site as required
