Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit an Assistant Director of Nursing Operating Theatre ADON level. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a reputable hospital.



* Have at least 7 years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
* Have a minimum of 4 years experience at CNM2 or CNM3 level
* Post Graduate Diploma in either Theatre or Perioperative Nursing
* Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits
* Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar
* Communication skills
* Organisational & interpersonal skills
* Up to date knowledge in clinical practice
* Management qualification or willing to undertake same
* Possess well-developed leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Computer skills.
* Must have excellent patient care to a high standard
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
* Have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
