Job Description:
Responsibilities
The Cassina South Korea Area Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting and developing the Cassina partner network and will report directly to the South Korea Regional Manager.
He/She will initiate, develop, and optimize the presentation and sales of current and upcoming Cassina collections in a strategic and structured way within the partner network. This includes opening dedicated areas, branded spaces (shop-in-shop), and monobrand stores, as well as managing promotions and other sales activities.
The appointed candidate will represent Cassina at trade fairs (e.g. Salone del Mobile) and at brand events.
Main Activities
Provide daily support to selected Cassina partners in South Korea, in collaboration with the Customer Service team in Italy;
Support the South Korea Regional Manager in daily communication with partners regarding sales and marketing needs, and regularly report feedback to the team;
Optimize Cassina’s geographic presence by regularly identifying and evaluating potential new partners for the brand;
Ensure excellent product displays in partners’ showrooms, in collaboration with the design team, including weekly or bi-weekly on-site visits;
Introduce new product ranges to existing and new clients, in collaboration with the South Korea Regional Manager and the training team;
Train partners’ sales staff;
Accompany partners during visits to key architects and interior designers in the territory;
Manage and service a network of selected Contract Dealers;
Promote the brand to A&D professionals, real estate developers, hospitality companies, and other key stakeholders.
Experience and Education
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business School or equivalent university qualification);
Experience in the sale of high-end furniture is preferred;
Knowledge of design is a plus.

Strong communication skills (internal and external), with a clear understanding of reporting structures and the ability to represent the brand professionally within the organization and the industry;
Service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility to ensure customer loyalty;
Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on achieving targets and identifying business opportunities, including developing new relationships with dealers, A&D professionals, and corporate clients;
Ability to work autonomously, with creativity and strong attention to detail;
Good command of English;
Team-oriented and cooperative, with the ability to:
Exchange information and create synergies with colleagues on hospitality and soft contract projects;
Develop and maintain reliable sales forecasts to support effective operational planning;
Maintain and update visit reports, client contact databases, and project lists (CRM).
