Technical Co-founder

Are you a builder who wants your code to matter? At Bloss lab, we're on a mission to make sustainability management effortless and intelligent. We're building a platform that helps corporates and financial institutions measure, manage, and act on their sustainability performance to turn complexity into clarity. We have traction, a clear vision and a growing customer base. Now we're looking for a technical co-founder to join us and own the product from the ground up.

What you'll do

• 
  
• Co-architect and build further on our core platform, from data pipelines to user-facing product
  
• Own all things tech: infrastructure, stack decisions, engineering culture
  
• Work hand-in-hand with the founding team to translate sustainability challenges into elegant software solutions
  
• Help us move fast without breaking things (or the planet)
  
• Attract and eventually lead a world-class engineering team
  

What we're looking for

• 
  
• Strong full-stack engineering background (we're stack-agnostic, but you should have strong opinions)
  
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products
  
• Comfort with data-heavy applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  
• A genuine interest in sustainability (you don't need a PhD in ESG, but you do need to care)
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership
  
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML integrations and/or working in climate/sustainability tech
