Position: Food Production Operative
Location: Glasgow G33 area
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 0630 to finish (1500-1600)
Pay: From £12.71 per hour, paid weekly
Contract: Temporary, ongoing

About the Role:
Kenect Recruitment is looking for dedicated Food Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing facility specialising in fresh produce. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced production environment with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Weigh and measure ingredients accurately according to batch instructions

Monitor and perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
*

Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution
*

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area
*

Follow all health and safety, food safety, and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Good verbal and written english
*

Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided
*

Excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
*

Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving stock
*

Ability to stay productive and focused in a busy, fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player with a positive attitude
