Business Analyst / Business Developer — Banking



We are looking for…

A medior to senior Business Analyst / Business Developer who is analytical, curious, and communicative. You are comfortable operating in complex environments and able to challenge assumptions while exploring multiple solution paths.





You will:

- Support program initiatives by driving integration of applications and processes

- Collaborate on data mapping and alignment of data models across systems

- Identify and safeguard critical business processes during integration

- Contribute to policy documentation and governance related to integration

- Engage with stakeholders across teams and business units to ensure alignment

- Provide solutions to integration challenges with minimal business disruption

- Recommend continuous improvements to integration strategies and processes



Experience

- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Business Developer, or similar role
- Experience within complex IT environments
- Strong data experience including data mapping and data models
- Experience with policy documentation and governance
- Banking/financial services experience is a plus
- Knowledge of leasing or commercial finance is advantageous
