Job Description-- Independent working cook I
As an Independent working cook I, you will be responsible for the cooking process and actively contribute to the quality and continuity of our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients in-house
- Apply basic cooking techniques
- Provide input on menu composition and modifications, menu items, and methods
- Responsible for inventory and order management
- Provide technical guidance to assistants
What we require
- MBO level 3 work and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
What we offer
Competitive salary: €2,510-€3,050 gross per month (depending on experience, in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and adjusted for changes thereto)
Meals during working hours
Travel allowance (negotiable)
