As Manager Portfolio Management, you are responsible for overseeing one or two strategic IT portfolios that consist primarily of large one-time programs, projects and product initiatives. You partner with senior IT leaders and business stakeholders to shape demand, prioritize roadmaps, maintain governance, and ensure successful execution from idea to delivery. You contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio processes, governance, and tooling within a global enterprise environment.

You will join a professional and collaborative IT Portfolio Management team within a dynamic, international organization known for its strong digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end portfolio ownership: shaping, prioritizing, and continuously improving portfolios;
* Partner with senior IT and business stakeholders to align technology portfolios with strategic objectives;
* Develop and guide roadmap planning for upcoming fiscal years;
* Facilitate portfolio and governance meetings at executive level;
* Monitor portfolio health across execution, financials and resource planning;
* Challenge and coach project teams to ensure readiness and delivery discipline;
* Collaborate with Finance to validate and strengthen business cases;
* Report portfolio performance and escalate risks where needed;
* Strengthen the Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) community of practice;
* Drive adoption of PPM processes, tooling, and governance globally.

Job Requirements:

Experience * 5-10 years in portfolio, program, or project management in an enterprise environment; * Proven track record managing large, complex (global) IT programs; * Experience working with senior leadership and high-level decision making; * Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methods (hybrid environments); * Experience with portfolio governance and executive reporting; * Comfortable operating in a matrixed, international organization. Education & Certifications * Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; * Project/Program Management training required; * Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, CSM or Portfolio Management are a plus. Skills * Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability; * Outstanding communication and presentation skills; * Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience; * Skilled in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; experience with Asana and JIRA preferred.
