Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join the italian team of one of the main multinational manufacturers in this industry.

A great opportunity for candidates with experience in the rubber sector or closely related fields.

You will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the Italian market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market share, meet customer needs, and maintain the company's reputation for excellence.

You will report directly to the regional leadership team and work closely with colleagues across Europe, including the Regional Sales Manager and the responsible for the rubber business segment.



Responsibilities



- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the Italian rubber market.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint.

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, delivering outstanding customer service.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and team members across Europe to ensure seamless operations.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Participate in negotiation of contracts and close commercial agreements.



Qualifications and Experience



- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the rubber industry or industrial/manufacturing sectors.

- Strong knowledge of the Italian market and local business practices.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.



- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.

- Proficient in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.

- Willingness to travel within Italy and potentially other European regions.
