Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-registration nursing in an acute hospital, including at least 4 years at CNM2 or CNM3 level.
Education: Post-Graduate Diploma in Theatre or Perioperative Nursing. A management qualification is essential (or a commitment to undertake one).
Registration: Active registration with the NMBI and full eligibility to work in Ireland.
Current Role: Currently practicing within a hospital setting in Ireland or a similar healthcare system.

Skills: Proven leadership, advanced organisational abilities, and proficiency in IT. You must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and clinical practice.
