Investor Client Services Officer (Contract)
Location: Dublin (2–3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6-month initial contract (high likelihood of extension)
Overview
An international financial services organisation is seeking an Investor Client Services Officer to join their Fund Distribution Services team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment supporting global fund distribution and investor servicing operations.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for investors and clients, managing and resolving queries related to fund information, trade processing, cash reconciliations, and reporting.

Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with internal service level agreements.
*
Maintain and update the shareholder register, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders such as fund accounting, custodians, and clients to ensure smooth operational delivery.
*
Produce and deliver investor and client reports within defined deadlines.
Skills & Experience
*
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services roles within the funds industry.
*
Strong understanding of mutual funds and ideally money market funds.
*
Excellent knowledge of trade processing, fund business rules, and reconciliation practices.
*
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
*
Client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
